Hello all. Appreciate all the info I've found as I'm looking to buy either a L39 or B26. Leaning toward the L39 since I think I'll get more bang for the buck. The problem I think I have is Garage storage of all things. I have an attach garage for autos and an unattached 24x24 2 door garage for equipment. Door height is about 95 in. I think the backhoe height is 106.5 in. I got this number from a transport spec but not sure it equates to what I'm referring to.
Imagine I can extend the hoe but that increases the length and I'm still not sure the height the ROPS systems. Anway, I guess what I asking is can I store the L39 or B26 in my garage? Anyone know the storage dimensions?
Not trying to hijack this thread, but I am interested in how long I need in a trailer for a B26 (L39 if you know too, just for kicks and giggles). I figure the transport length would be close, if not a hair over the storage length, so you could use the answers to this question as a guide to yours. I could also use the numbers you get for height when thinking of a traveling height.
Thanks, and again, sorry for jacking your thread, but I think we could be going for similar information here, and there is no point is starting 2 topics.

I have broke my neigbors shed driving in my L39 and forgeting to lower the boom before driving in! Oops. I believe you need 96" to clear the FOPS and best to have a 20' Trailer.
The L39 seems the best Kubota bang for buck. Look at the IR 370 if you do not need the PTO and want Bang for buck.
My L39 clears my 8 foot garage door with about a quarter inch to spare. I had to adjust the opener to pull the door up an extra inch to get as tall an opening as possible.
As for trailer length with an L39, I have a 16' equipment trailer that will barely handle it. I back it on and position the hoe so it's over the tongue. I lock the swing and dipper. The loader is flush with the tail end of the trailer. No doubt a 20 footer would be better but for occasional use this works for me.
