Straight Brake Pedals on Ford Hundred Series?

I recently purchased a project 63 Ford 4000 with straight brake pedals. (See attached photo.)

Is this a very common setup on the Hundred series (early 2000/4000 series) as I have never seen them before?

right one straight, no hump?

i'll take a look at my 63 4000 and some of my other 00/01

i know my 740 has a hump right side... just havn't paid much attention to the rest of them...

I was actually referring to the angle of the right brake pedal, but now that you mention it, the shaft has no hump in it either.
