Straightening a slightly twisted dump truck bed?

I have 24000 plates on the truck and the truck empty weights 9800 , and have crossed the scales a few times at 23780 , once right at 24500 but just the one time that I know of . when I get loads of dirt with the Kioti I have know Idea what it weights but with the tires as close to the bottom of the bed to judge by its loaded over or close to it just dont tell the cops , have to do a lot of split shifting the rear and all four gears but it makes the 7 or so miles home just slow and steady.

ell i don't know about all quarries. but the ones i know the loaders have weight cells on them. they know with in a hunded pounds how much they have. those tucks they load all day have the weight they haul on them
. the loader operater keeps adding the weight from each bucket till it is full but not over weight. the truck driver and or owner dont want to pay a fine for over weight in pa. even 3/4 of a ton at tractot trailor size. i've seen them have to get the weight to legal weight before moveing and the fine is big $.
