On my way to work this morning I come across this accident. First I come across a sedan facing backward on the right shoulder and stuffed into a bank. Looks like they had to cut it open to get the driver out. then there was a debris field that extended 100 yards and I couldn't figure out what the debris was, and on the right shoulder is a dually towing a 24' to 28' flat bed loaded with empty pallets to about 8'. Some were in teh roadway just before the trailer.
CHP reports that the car swerved to avoid pallets and rolled it. The strange part was the debris field past the rolled car.
When I go by the truck on the shoulder, I see that there were NO axles or tires under the trailer. It was sitting flat on the ground.
Could he have lost both axle's?
