Yesterday I heard the most bizarre story on the radio. So much so, that I'm having a hard time believing it. Maybe someone else has heard this, and can confirm.
I think this is supposed to have happened in Alabama. A gentleman who worked as a proof reader for 30 years died at his desk. Now for the strange part, No one noticed for 5 days. If I heard this right, he worked in an open type office with several other employees. He passed away on a monday, and was finally "discovered" on saturday morning by a cleaning person, who wondered why he was at his desk so early on a saturday morning.
His boss offered that the man was always the first one to start work, and the last one to leave, so no one noticed anything amiss. What? The man hasn't moved in 5 days and nobody notices? Has anyone else heard this story?
