Stump grinder preference farm tractor or skid steer

I,m thinking about getting a big Woods stump grinder. I have a John Deere 5410 tractor and a Takeuchi TL 140. What is better tractor with PTO power or skid steer with hydraulic. I,m thinking having the grinder in front would be best but I would appreciate your opinion. Thanks. Greg B

The 5410 will have far more pto power than the TL140. I would agree with you that having it out front would make it easier to see, but i don't think the TL140 could even come close to the performance of dricing a stump grinder off of a pto.
