Stump Grinder

Hi guy's how much do you charge for grinding stump with your tractor and 3 pts stump grinder...

I had a few ground around here by a service. He used a $60k trailer-hauled machine. Cost me $350. I think it was a total of 6 stumps, mostly 8"-12". IMHO, most of the cost was to haul it out here, get it off the trailer, and then re-load when done;-)

I think mine was 7 dollars an inch across each at biggest diameter.
Minimum 100 bucks trip charge.

And replace the cutter teeth!

I looked into doing it and it wasn't cost effective for me.
Even the tree guys I've talked to say they don't make much off stumps, more of a part of the deal type thing when that take trees out to make a complete removal package.
