Sub-soiler/Middle Buster

   / Sub-soiler/Middle Buster #11
I'm going to use my sub soiler/ buster combo to lay a bunch of water supply hose soon so I'll be adding your attachment idea. Now I have an idea to run by you.
I'm going to need to dig footers for a 24x36 barn soon. I plan to use the middle buster to loosen the soil up about a foot deep. Then, take off the sub-soiler ripper and replace it with a 12x12" , 1/4 thick piece of steel, drilled. Bolt it to the sub-soiler assembly and use it to create my 12" wide footers. I'll still have to stop and dig out the dirt when it piles up, but it should work.
What do you think?
thanks, bw

Gabby,
can you make any gentle turns using PVC, or is it strictly a straight pull? bw

Gabby, it looks like you have an eye-bolt tied to the sub-soiler. How are you attaching it to your pipe?
