subframe hydraulic plow 22emax/26xl

I've read the Berco subframe mounted hydraulic plow is universal for all Max series, but I'm looking to see if anyone has experience here? Looking at getting a used one that came off a 22emax for my max 26xl. The guy at the local dealer said everything looks to be the same even though the part numbers are different, it may just be the hydraulic adapters need to be changed.
