All of the words a pictures from y'all helped greatly. Got everything together and finally have position control. It was either from a spring binding or just being beyond dirty. Got a new $50 filter for it and 8 gallons of fluid and appear to be in business. Thanks again. Tackling the electrical system next but the complete wiring diagram is in the operator manual.

Please keep all your responses with the 'original' thread on your problems. It makes it so much easier to follow. Although yours is fixed, the next person is gonna have a devil of a time following your posts, and the posts of the fixes.
