Has anyone on TBN used Kubota SUDT in their New Holland hydro. Mine has 84 hrs. and is not getting any quieter with the NH 134d oil. Someone told me this may help reduce transmission noise, especially when cold? Thanks!
art said:134 is about a 30 weight base oil. Most New Holland dealers also have Case's Ultra Hytran available which is around a 10 weight which should help in cold weather. Depending on storage and use often condensation will take it's toll on oil long before even natural oils will wear out much less synthetics. Were we live often just two years and you have to change oils not do to the hours but because of too much moisture in the system causing freeze ups.
