Suggestions on a toothbar

I want to add a toothbar to my FEL. Any suggestions? Seems like Markham is the favorite in here.

United Steel Works in Maine is another possibility. I have one and so far like it. They are on ebay.

Does that tooth bar fit with bolted-on edges? Some do not, and i am on the lookout for one that does support bolted-on cutting edges

Woods advertises their toothbar as compatible with bolt-on, reversible cutting edge.

I had a Woods toothbar on my last tractor and it worked good. On my current tractor I went with a Markham because the leadtime was shorter and it was cheaper. It is just as good as the Woods one that I had. I will use Markham again on my next tractor, no question.

I've a Markham, really easy to put on and to take off. The assembly just slips over the edge of the bucket and bolts in place with 2 large bolts in the side of the bucket.

I may be wrong on this, but I thought the Markham toothbar does not fit a bolt-on cutting edge? Welded on edge only?

Yes, there may be troubles with the markham and a bolt on edge. The gal was very particular about asking whether my edge was welded on which it was and that allowed me to order and use the TB. I really like the toothbar.

Consider this an excellent excuse to get on the phone with the gals from Markham. I always enjoyed speaking with them.

You can say THAT again! What goes through your mind when you hear her talking?

Did anyone find out if their (Markham) toothbar will fit the bolt on cutting edge or not? I still don't know.
