super xl coil

i need a coil for my super xl and everywhere ive called had the same response...out of production. the xl cant be the only machine that used this coil, any ideas or does anybody have a source? i left the part number on my desk or i would have posted it.

I assume you are talking about the Homelite Super XL. I have 2 working and one parts saw. Don't know the condition of my parts saw coil. Try E-Bay. The listing for the coil was a bit expensive but there are complete saws listed for less if you discount the shipping.
