If you have the wiring figured out your almost there. The hardest part is dealing with the bracket the holds the radio (hangs from cab ceiling behind the headliner) because it very thin and bends if you look at it the wrong way. My brother helped me with this because he's very good at installing stereo systems in cars, but even he said this was kind of a pain because of the bracket. Your radio, if you bought it new, should have come with a metal sleeve around it. Pull the metal sleeve off of the radio and slide it into the bracket that hangs from the top of the cab. We pulled down the head liner so we could support the factory bracket with one hand while we slid the metal sleeve into it. The metal sleeve should have some tabs on the side of it that need to be bent up. Those tabs will keep the sleeve from sliding out of the bracket and there should also be some the lock the radio into the sleeve. Once the sleeve is in place put the headliner back in place, but leave it loose for now. Pull the wires out through the metal sleeve and hook up you radio. Carefully slide the radio and wires into the sleeve. We left the headliner loose because while I carefully put the radio in from the front my brother stuck a long screw driver in from the back side(between the headliner and cab roof) and pushed against the factory cab bracket so it wouldn't bend while the radion was going in. You'll have to keep the right door open so you can reach above the headliner and support the bracket. We had to trim the top of the headliner a little so the radio would slide in freely. I'm not going lie, there were a lot of four letter words flying while we were fighting with that radio! Hope the info is what you were looking for.
