sur pac

My wife and I talked to a guy we know who does a lot of work on agricultural houses. We asked for a estimate for our work and our driveway will cost about $35,000. The driveway is over 4000 square feet and it costs that for blacktop. But he told me that he can do sur pac for $15000 for all the work. Does anyone have experience with sur pac driveways?

No , never heard of it. Did a search, it is also spelled cerpac.
