I can get the 3616 to 2000 rpms but with any load at all the rpms rapidly drop off and it may die completely. I changed the fuel filter, both air filters and cleaned out the fuel tank....all that took a day and then it started right up, got it to 2000 rpms, engaged the brush cutter and it died within 30 seconds. Disengaged the cutter, waited 5 mins and started it up again with no load, but even moving the tractor back to the barn was slow and at low rpms. Tractor is 2 years old with 121 hours. Fuel is new, less than a teaspoon of water in the old filter. Anybody got any ideas about this?
