Hi not sure where else to put this. Anyway I sent off my order today to surpluscenter for the hydraulic fittings for my backhoe. I ordered out of the 2010 catalog I had. And at the time the prices were the same in the catalog as they were on the website.

Well today, the same day I sent off the order. I got my new 2011 catalog. And the prices had went up on the fittings I had ordered.

Now I'm wondering since I filled out the order form with the old prices instead of the new prices will they still process my order without needing more money?

I mean the check is already in the mail with the order form and I can't get it back.

I would just hang loose until they call you asking for more money. Did you print your invoice or did you order on line, even so, they know the prices at the time of the order.

Thanks JJ. I ordered from the catalog and filled out the form that came with the catalog.

I am sure they will call you. Be very patient though - they are slow. Two weeks ago I ordered some fittings on line which were all in stock. It took them seven days before they shipped.
You could always call them and find out what will happen when they get the order.

Well now I know they won't call me. I now remembered that I forgot to put my phone number on the order form and the number listed on my check is my old phone number before I changed it.

Still I guess they should email me since I put my email address down. I guess if I don't receive an email from them in a few days then I'll call and see about the order.

Just call them if you want it this year. Like has been said on a pre paid on line order it takes them a week to process it and ship it. If you want your order anytime soon, call them and tell them what is going on.

Well they got the order. I forgot I could login and check on my order on their website now it says.

Order Status
Waiting for customer

Then when I click on the order number it says

Order Date: 04/06/11

Ship Status: To Be Picked

Date Shipped: This order has not yet shipped
Tracking Number: This order has not yet shipped

So I'm guessing there processing the order anyway. But what does

Order Status
Waiting for customer

mean?

I would call them. Give them your order number and ask bout the price change. They will likley honor the older price, but if not you get it taken care of quick. Plus taking the initiative to call and ask may get a customer serive agen to move your order up the line a little bit and ship sooner.

Chad I hope you don't have any really important decisions to make quickly. About half the post have advised you to just call them and find out for once and for all. None of us knows what "waiting on customer" really means. So either call them and find out or sit and wait.
