Is it possible to swap an axle from a "stonger" 150 into a 135? The reason I ask is because of a loader issue. I need one to move pallets of equipment off and on trucks. About once a month. Really didnt want to swing for a new tractor. Plus i wanted to get my mf135 restored and running great. Got 19hrs of seat time on the ol girl this weekend and the more i use her the more i like her. Guess i could look for a industrial 135? just thinking out load here. Or am i barking up the wrong idea "tree" altogther?

The axle is only as strong as the mount that it is bolted to. Do all the mounting points look the same? We had a loader on our 35, and never attempted to over lift with it. 4x8 square bales, round bales was what we moved regularly.

I have no idea even if this is possible. I was hoping someone here did. Ive never seen a 150 up close.
