Switch Ford 640 to 12 volt? (6 volt now)

If you have your switch ON and the points are closed, that ballast resistor may get a little hot. Don't grab it like I did mine one day. I pulled my hand away with a ballast resistor "tatoo" 'cause mine was as toasty as a Quizno's sandwich. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
