Switch in FEL control handle face ?

I posted this in the McCormick forum also.

I am trying to figure out what switch will fit in the face of the loader control handle. There is a flat plastic plate/insert that looks like it can be replaced with a switch ? It would be operated by your finger tips.

Does anyone have something like this installed in their handle ?

i would think it would be used for a switch for remote hydro. like for a grapple.

I want to use the spot for grapple.
I'm trying to figure out what might fit. It's kind of a square plate ?

Fritz, generally when you buy a 3rd function hydraulic system, such as offered by WR Long, it come with a new knob that replaces yours and has the switch built in. If that is an option on the McCormick tractors from the factory it would seem to be the logical place to get one.

I was kinda figuring that I'd end up at the McCormick store.
I was hoping that this might be a common thing that I could get at another tractor dealer that would be closer to me.
Never heard of WR Long. I'll look to see what they have. May save me some trouble ?

maybe pull the handle off and see what you have .I just checked mine again ,you must have a different handle than I have .I'm just going to see if i can take mine off and drill a hole so I can install a single action push button.I checked at the dealer ,he said just install a switch because a new handle cost 75.00 to 150.00 depending what you want...A switch cost 5.00 and a little of my time

I'm going to call the dealer this afternoon and see what they say about a replacement switch to fit my handle. I'll post what they tell me.
