It's far too cold outside right now to spend a lot of time figuring this out by measuring, so I'm hoping someone knows the answer off the top of their head.

I took deliver of my 2320 with loader and 54" blower on Wednesday (I wasn't home at the time). The dealer left the loader in front of the tractor and blower in the garage (where my wife parks!) and I have to move both out this weekend. You all know what will happen if it keeps snowing on her car!

At any rate - the blower came with the remote chute deflector kit (the kind that's on the left-hand side of the tractor with the turn-knob). Two questions:

1. Is there a way to quick-disconnect the assembly from the brackets - or do I have to unscrew it altogether? It doesn't explain in the manual.

2.

you should only have to loosen one of the
large jam nuts where it connects to the
bracket, to remove the cable control
from the tractor. here is the install manual
for that kit (assuming you have this particular one)
but it shouldn't be too hard to figure out

Call the dealer and tell him you need a lesson installing the loader and snowblower. It should be part of the sale. They should sent someone out.

I could never take delivery of anything without being there.

You passed up the perfect opportunity to learn something.

And, to tell them where you want the goods.:D

Big mistake, IMO.

JD Green Grass -

I guess I just work too much. I'm not home during delivery hours and didn't want to wait for February for my work to slow down to be there personally. I don't regard that as a mistake, but differing minds can disagree.

Being a former mechanic, I'm not concerned that I can't figure this out - I realized I hit the send button by accident mid-way, so the rest of my questions are in the same titled thread. In short, I was looking for a quick answer to help me minimize the amount of disassembly to move the loader 15 feet to its storage place. I'll just have to take it apart.
