The site appears to be much slower with responses over the last few days. I am only experincing that on TBN. Is there a problem here?

We have not had any other reports of slowdowns. Sometimes it is a local, or regional problem with a major broadband provider.em14 said:
Look at the bottom of your TBN page. There will be a number like this: "Page generated in 0.14078 seconds with 9 queries [Server Loads: 0.98 1.17 : 1.10]" or something like that.
Get that number from your own screen and post here.

Leo, as far as I'm concerned, these computers are magic and you never know what they're going to do
but I think when you send a message, it follows some sort of routing path, and the response does the same, so I'd be inclined to guess that the route your ISP is using to and from TBN is where the problem is. When you don't know what you're talking about, guessing is easy.

It could be spyware checkers, virus programs, an adware blocker and so forth.
You can contact your ISP support and explain that tests show local pages load in 1/10th of a second, but your pages take xx seconds to fully render. Ask if they have any explanation or suggestions.

Sometimes it helps to just clear out your cookies, reboot and log back in...
Bird, Logic is hard to beat ... and if I understand what the timing is telling us (I'm guessing here ...) it is that TBN is doing well but as you also put it ... Altell is the the slow guy ... I did look at my "home page" a little closer and I think it is also abit slow compared to the pass.... now if I can find someone to talk too or some how communicate with at Altell perhaps I can see what their day is like!
