T 190Bushing/pin at lift arm support

Have to replace the H-bar on my machine.
Have removed all necessary pins/bushings except the 2 holding the support bar. They won't budge. Tried heat, pullers, mallet,etc...what do I need to do?

If you haven’t already got them out two ways to loosen them I’ve used; lay some beads of weld on the inside then drive out or split them with a torch
