T1110 or Shibuara S773L hp rating

Hey all, I just noticed today that the Shibaura Sticker on the top of the engine says its rated at "UP to" 29kw, which would convert to 38hp. I can't seem to find any information on different pump settings, or injector sizes that would increase it from the rated HP of 29 to 38.

Anybody have any ideas?

It’s got 28hp same as the Boomer 1030. I thought the 28hp version is the most powerful one. That little 1.1L engine has no way to crank out 38hp.
The regular S773L has something like 24.5hp. The more powerful one 28hp. I can’t remember anymore what the exact difference was , 500rpm more rpm and a cam shaft.
