Wife wanted this old project trailer relegated to the very backyard. Haven't had much time to work with this tractor yet but thought I'd share a little.

Although the pic is labeled grapple, its really just a fork/frame attachment.

Wow! Tom, I'm glad you said it was a trailer. If I didn't know, I'd have thought you were trying to make a really, REALLY, big bucket.:D

Nice...
My wife thinks its trash, my kids think its a play toy, I see it as a future BBQ pit trailer or john boat trailer. Life is all about perspectives aint it. It does look like a giant scoop up there! HMMM, idea....
1)remove the body sheet metal from frame
2)Put a light but strong floor in it
3)Put some fork skidders underneath
And it becomes a large pine straw holding reservoir box thingamajig

I was thinking if you took the wheels off you could set it on the ground and rake all the leaves into it and carry them to the burn pile.

I was thinking if that is a metal box it could be a portable burn pile.:D

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. We use a lawn sweeper to get up pine straw, cones, sticks, and some leaves. We have loads and loads. Have been piling in a large kind of compost heap accept its just yard debris. Has not much green manure to it. Haven't turned it much in five years until this year. Hope to haul it off one day to a farm some miles away.

Anyway, tons of other projects going on now.

Fishpick,

If I could get some seat time, I will agree I'm sure. Between work, work part 2, and rain...I can't get no seat time. So far I think this will be a good tool for me.
Its still only has 14 hours on it, so I really dont know what it will do yet.

What tractor have you got? Any pics?
Tom
