TYM T330 w/ lt300 loader
My t330 has been difficult in the pass few months shifting from 4wd to 2wd and vise versa. Today I cannot get it back in 4wd. Any Ideas? I hate to drag it in to the dealer. It is about 150 miles round trip. I am not even sure if I am covered under warranty. I have had it over 3 years.

Brian you have a 5 year warranty on the tractor--3 bumper to bumper and the last 2 are on the drivetrain. I would start looking at the linkage, it could just be binding up. Check that over and spray it with a penatrating oil of some kind. Disconnect it if you have to and see you can move it. I would go out and look at mine but it is still in the shop. Sorry.
I would also call your dealer if it is nothing simple to fix because that should fall under the drivetrain coverage.

Best of luck!
Grut

Took my tractor to the dealer yesterday. Not a linkage problem. I had some other small issues for them look at as well.

I take it is going to be covered under the warranty.
Brian, curious of what other issues you had? Also please let us know what fixes the 4wd selector.

I talked to the dealer yesterday. He said he fixed the transfer case problem but found another problem in the process. I have a crack in my transmission. It looks like I am going to be without my tractor for a while. Thank god, it is under warranty. They need to split the tractor to repair. They are still trying to locate parts. The mechanic said he seen one other one like this. He thought loader work attributed to this. I only have 175 hours on the the meter. I have worked it hard in that time frame. Grass will just grow. I finish mow about 4 acres, luckily just completed before taking in. I have a riding mower, but am spoiled using the 7 ft finish mower.

Great deal on the warranty repair. Crack in the transmission???? That doesn't sound good. Wow I thought my loosening up of the subframe bolts was bad and stripped out threads on the engine where the subframe is attached through the frame, but that is serious.
When you get more information on the what was repaired please post up. Dealer happen to give you an estimate on repair time?

Now it is the waiting process on parts if they are going to get another tranny case. Mine will have been in for 4 months in the middle of June....No loaner either--It is rediculous.

All is good again. My Dealer came through. They basically had to split the tractor and replace the whole transmission case. The part alone was $1100 big ones, and of course the labor involved. Very happy with the warranty work. Thanks C&L in Higginsville, Missouri!!!!

I like my tractor, but do not like the lack of dealerships. This one is 65 miles from my home. I really hope TYM takes off so they can spread the sales throughout the USA. I put the 330 to work over the weekend.

Wow Brian that is great, everything worked out for you. Especially with that big job. I am surprised that they were able to get the case so fast. I keep hearing how it takes so long to get parts from TYM.
Just curious, how many days was it at the dealership for repairs?

I am pushing for a loaner unit, but not getting anywhere--go figure!! It is just rediculous everytime I call, stop in, or email for updates either no one calls back, no email responses, person not there to talk to and no one else knows anything, or I get parts are ordered, it will be done soon(that was 2 months ago). Loosing faith fast, really fast in TYM.

Hang in there Grut! It sounds like you just have a dealer problem. Mine was in and out in a week and a half. Took a few days to get the part. Do you have another dealer within radius? I would also request a loaner. Without a tractor in June is wrong!

I did request a loaner and the dealer laughed and said good luck with TYM. Very nice customer service I thought. Ya tell me about no tractor in June is wrong I am sooooo far behind on this year's projects that I will never catch up.
I really just can't believe all the crap I am getting from dealer, wish I had one closer but no go.
