Rake t5 power rake and b21

hi all im new to the board and was looking to get some info regarding putting a power rake on my b21. The dealer says I could run it fine if thou the numbers dont match(16 pto hp needed and b21's 13.5hp). If anyone could lend any advice i would really apperaite it. The tractor has been very good to me and I would hate to sell it if i dont have to, on the other hand i dont want to buy the rake and not be able to run it efficently.
