I have recently purchased a new 723. I have not had the opportunity to use it a lot yet, but I did use it some drilling in some rye and it was still warm weather and the AC does not seem to be as good as the one on a Montana 4940 that I previously owned. Talked with the dealer and he said he had not had any other complaints from other owners, but said to bring it in and they would check it out. I wonder if any other owners have had a similar experience. I may be expecting too much. Any comments?

I have been working a Montana 4340c in Az for 4 yrs, it is dusty here especially loading dumpsters, hosing out the radiator and condenser occationally makes it run cooler and ac works better. I'll be getting my TYM T433C on monday, I was hoping the ac works better in it than the Montana. Working in 110 deg made it better in the cab than outside but not by much, I am thinking about tinting the windows some on the new machine. Even in 70 deg sun I need the ac running, works great in az winters. The Montana has 1300 used to its limits hrs now, starting to get some leaky wheel seals, sloppy loader, maybe even week clutch.

One thing I have noticed immediately is with all that glass the green house effect is there even in cooler weather. I have not run my 433 in what I would say was oppressively hot conditions but for instance on a day in the 80s the air conditioning worked well enough that I was comfortable.

Sounds like the TYM will be no differant than the Montana. Greenhouse effect is exactly the term I have been using. The ac worked fine in the morning hrs here in az, at around 11am temps will be approaching 100 deg. and then the ac was on overtime. You guys in the north should be ok in 80- low 90's. I always try to be done by noon. I used to work in 110deg in open tractor, I'll never go back.

The dust here in Az is as brutal as the summer temps, when I moved here from central Jersey 10 yrs ago I developed a lung disease from spores in the dust known as valley fever.
It took 2 yrs to shake it with a strict daily drug regiment.
