T8s or T12s?

Almost to the lighting stage of my new shop,anyone have pros and cons about the 2 kinds of flouresent bulbs available? T8s are newer, T12s are the old kind.

Don't forget T 5. But in my humble opinion I would do LEDs. Prices continue to fall.

Definitely either LED or T5. I am in the process of replacing my old T12's with LEDs.
