tach "Cable"Lubrication 4340 ?

Any 4340 owners lub their tach/speedo cable ? I'm having trouble finding mine to do this ...shows it in the manuals .. but, I can't seem to locate it on the tractor and the tachis really starting to run slowww any help???

Over a year ago, I ask the dealer where I bought the 4340 montana new less than two years ago,Too address this warranty issue ...and his response was a sarcastic one...NO Help ...Any how .. It's still broke and under warranty.
When I get some "FREE" time I'll call the factory or another dealer for help concerning this issue.
