Does anyone know where I can get a tachometer cable for a 1974 MF130. My dealer says it's discontinued.

Try looking at Bareco.com.au / parts/ MF. Is this cable similar to the MF135? Is your motor a 3 cyl perkins? I replaced my cable on my MF135 last week. The new cable was slightly longer.

It is a 4 cyl Perkins. I think the cables are similar. Thanks, I'll try it.

I got a universal speedometer cable from an auto parts store for under $3.00. It's working great now.
