Tach for Satoh S370 Beaver?

I have the diesel tiny tach on one of my yanmars, works great. Just make sure to sand the paint off the line before installing, and get the metric one since your engine was made overseas.

One of the tachs on my MT372 (cable driven) had rust in it and was squeeling and not working right (would peg the needle any time the enigne was running). Took it all apart and cleaned it up but at some point lost the needle

so that one is tachless at the moment.

On my KE engines, the same spot is just a finished casting. No luck here with that option

Yeah that would be a project to make that a tach cable receptacle. Your machine is nice and clean though...:thumbsup:

Indeed. Looks like the TinyTach will be staying on this machine. I just swapped the engine a couple of months ago and slapped on a new paint job along the way. It will be interesting to see how long it lasts. Thanks for the compliment
