CUB CADET TACH-N-GO

does anybody have one of these have seen them on another thread and looked into buying this set up as its the only one I have seen.
I a set of forks off of a small forklift I picked up by out bidding a local scrap dealer, taking what I wanted and hauled the rest into the scrap yard. But the work of taking the forks and bucket off and on is just a pain in the hind end.

I talked to them over the winter the tach-n-go is $699.
He is working on a smaller version of the loader buddy no price yet, the new version will be 40" wide and weigh 200lbs.
Forks are $569
Brush Grapple is $950
Ripper tooth is $199

Just my :2cents:

I've thought about going with the Tach n Go but I've decided that if I was going to go with a quick attach option, I would be looking at one of these.

Eterra UA-52 to Bobcat MT50/52/55/463 Quick Attach Attachment for Mini Skid Steer Loader | Skid Steer Solutions

This would be another option that would allow the use of Toro Dingo style attachments

Eterra Mini Universal Adapter Attachment for Mini Skid Steer Loader | Skid Steer Solutions

Granted you would need to modify your bucket or get a new one, but mounting either of these to the Sc2400/2450 would give you the ability to run any attachment that's used on the mini skid steer loaders. I feel that this would be a better option with all of the available attachments that are out there. The attachment possibility is much greater than with the Tach n Go.

The only problem I see with the skidsteer attachments is that most of the attachments are hydo power and these tractors probably do not have the
gpm to power them.

the problem with trying to put skidsteer attachments on would be they are all so heavy way more than needed and with the limited lifting availability of these little tractors almost everything we put on would have to be built anyway

the weight of most skidsteer forks is about 300 lbs that's 30% of the lift

Jerry is located in Nelsonville Wisconsin
It is a pricey but very nice piece of equipment it works with two pins that you pull on the side flip a spring loaded lever then reinsert the pins in the other holes, set bucket down curl it down and back away. I did not buy the forks from him as I wanted mine to be adjustable and I already have a set that fit on the 3 point.

The old joke with the little kid looking at a guy grinding saying "My Grampa says if you got to grind your welds you aren't a welder your a grinder" was brought to mind when I got this look at the pic's Jerry is MOST definatly a welder some really nice ones on here.

there are slots in the front that allow you to slide a chain thru and lock the links also a receiver hitch built into the center

If you notice in the above pics you put the original pins from the loader arms back in when putting the tach-n-go on. He sends a second set of pins with to put in the bucket they are solid and not have no grease zirks in them as there is no movement other than when you hook and unhook.
