I would put my largest adjustable wrench on it,for leverage,then take a cutting torch,or rosebud,heat her up cherry red,at the bend,and bend her back.Will it take the temper out? well mabey but its your only option short of replacement,why not try?I f it was tempered well in the first place,you probably would have snaped it off.
