Oil & Fuel TANK CAP MF 188 pressurized air

the thing I face is that as soon as I open the tank cap, then pressurized air comes out from inside. (like when you open a bottle of coca cola you've got it first). Where is the problem ? Should i change the cap? Is there any pipe blocked?
