Allis Chalmber 5015
Hello everyone..... I happily own a allis Compact tractor 5015 18hp. 4wd. I was wanting to start building a front end loader for it in a few weeks... My question is how can plumb in to the 3pt hitch hydrolic lines.... Can i use t-fittings from the pump or what...any pictures would help me so much...thanks for your time..... Ben

When I did this on an older Deere 420, I bought an oil pressure guage, and plumbed it in at each plug or line I considered (or thought about) using. That way I could watch the oil pressure at each point when I activated the controls (including the 3pt position control). I learned what had pressure and when, so I could add another control for my snow plow. I also found out how good (psi) the hyd. pump was (okay after 20 years, and lasted another 20!).

Don't know anything about Allis tractor, but check with AC shop manual; or a knowledgeable person to see if the hydraulic system has "power beyond" ports. If these are there all you need do is tap into them! The term is kind of self explanatory-- they provide hydraulic power beyond the point being utilized now!! Their purpose is just what you have in mind!! Good Luck!

I just hooked into my Yanmar FX24D hydraulics, & used 2 right angle pressure fittings ointo the high pressure line. I cut the a 3" section from a steel line and put a pressure fitting o each end. Ran a line from that fitting to input for the valve. Output line from the 1st valve to another valve. Then the output from the 2nd valve to the other pressure fitting on the other side of the cut original line.

It was real easy. Take the pressure line off the tractor and into a hydraulics shop that sells fittings, and they will be able to match the fittings to the line. You can probably have them make the lines for your valve at the same time. I needed three lines: 1) pressure fitting 1 to valve 1 input; 2) valve 1 output to valve 2 input; 3) valve 2 output to the second pressure fitting returning fluid to the rest of the existing hydraulic system.

Another thought. You can't just tee into the output and suction sides of the pump, because you will be cutting out the remainder of the hydraulics.
