TBN down this afternoon

I am able to access the site usually, but as far as Im concerned it is partially down at all times. I often have no toolbar on posts, thus I cant link at all- or use colors or accenting w/o workaround. I have to work around to use a smiley. I cant multiquote w/o multiple copy paste cycles. It was [workaround] so much better before it was updated..
