It is a deal in my opinion...my guess would be Tractor worth $8,000 alone minimum , the Loader $3,500 and the bush hog $500 ...and these are my guesses based on the market in our area and are based on used - 360 hr. condition...Just my opinion remember and I own a TC - 29D

A torn seat is no big deal, kinda typical if a tractor has sat outside...

If the tractor has no major issues, it's a very good price. That's less than 1/2 the new price of the tractor and loader. The rotary cutter would be even more. It's almost too cheap.

That is too true. Have to be careful; there are a ton of scam's on the internet right now. Craigslist is full of scams on tractors.

Robert - True enough about Craig's list but a month ago or so I bought a 2009 - 20 HP Yardman Lawn Tractor 46 in. cut with a 2009 Yardman garden cart for $350.00 off Craigs list..had about 10 hrs. on it ..was like new ..the seller was being transferred from Ga. to Texas and was going to live in a Condo and had 2 days to sell it or leave it behind..The cart alone was worth $350.00 - So good deals are there to be had but and it is a big but ..you have to be able to go and actually see it and operate it ! None of this we will ship it to you thing.

Well. if it were me, I'd sit on it, start it and if it runs and shifts in all gears without clunks or squeels and I wanted one, I'd hand him the $$'s and say thank you.
But hurry up before I get there or you'll be to late.
But as earlier mentioned;
no phone or sending $$ via American express etc as at that price it does ring of possible scam.
There are deals out there, my buddy bought a Kubota BX 7000 c/w FEL 4x4 hydro and 4ft bush hawg for $2000. just last summer.
It was a bit rough but $100. of misc including paint and it looks great.
