Keep in mind that the 3 point arms only apply a lifting force. If you load your trailer tail heavy the 3 point will not keep the tounge down. I've been very happy with my TC30.

Very good point. That has never been a problem for me with my trailers (tent and utility) as I've typically had them loaded heavy in the front and used the fixed drawbar. However, with the utilty, there's been a few times with a load of wood harvested from our property that either I had some long logs hanging way out the back or dryer wood in the front and wetter wood in the back such that it was heavier in the back. Pretty sure if I was using the 3-pt instead of the fixed, that it would have lifted the 3-pt, maybe all the way up. Seems potentially kind of dangerous unless you pay more attention to trailer loading.
