TC-40D PTO shifter

Starting this summer, my PTO shifter has started to move from off to on all by itself. Has anyone else had this trouble? What is the fix?

Andy, your lever must not have enough side tension to keep it in the indent slot. I'd try to bend the lever so it stays against the lip when placed in the off position.
