TC-45D Post Hole Digger - 3Pt Hydraulics?

Actually NH's heavy duty PHD comes setup w/ the ability to add a down pressure cylinder.

If I needed a post hole digger and didn't have one already then I might look at a front mounted unit if the cost could be justified.

But since you already own a unit and have a lot of work ahead of you, why not look around to get some design ideas from manufacturer's that already incorporate the hydraulic cylinder in their units. Then see if it's feasible to add one to yours. Since you already have rear remotes I'm thinking that it would be a worthwhile investment of time and money in your case.

Or simply sell what you have and start from scratch as others have suggested.
