Price Check TC21DA..., comp to JD 4110? Pricing?

I am looking at CUTs and am comparing the JD 4110 and a TC21DA that my local NH dealer has. I am eleigible for Ford employee pricing.

Is the TC21DA still produced, or is this a leftover... I don't see the specs on the NH website...

I will be mowing about 3 acres, brush hogging a couple more, plus some landscaping and leveling work to increase my mowable area over time.

I'm looking for Hydro, MMM (60 inch), FEL, and cat 1 3ph for brush hog, driveway grading and maybe some box blade landscaping also.

Ultimately mowing will be the main use, so I want something light enough and nimble enough to do nice yard finish mowing.

Ant thoughts as to how the 4110 and TC21DA compare, and any pricing thoughts to share? Thanks!!

The TC21DA and TC24DA have been replaced by the TC23DA and TC26DA. All four are basically the same machine, with different HP engines. My NH dealer didn't stock the TC21DA since the price difference of the 24 wasn't much ($700 or so). He has a couple week wait to get the 26.

The 4110 and TC21DA are very very similar. The 4110 is 5 inches wider, 3 inches shorter, and 40 pounds heavier. The 4110 also gives 1 HP more at the PTO in the hydro model. The 4110 also costs nearly $2000 more with the loader!

I found that I really liked the ergonomics of the 4110. This included position of the controls, and especially the pedal arrangement (to allow for steering with the brakes while moving forward). However, for the price difference, I chose the TC24DA. I also needed the narrower width to fit in my garden gates.

Does the Ford employee discount extend to the Ford Supplier "Partner Recognition" program also? I don't see any tractors listed in my partner recognition guide!

Oh, and definitely consider the Kioti CK20 and Kubota B7510 if you have good dealers. The Kioti was very inexpensive in my area, and was even a heavier machine. It was too wide for me, and I did not like the position of the steering wheel. The Mahindra 2015 didn't seem to be as well equipped to me - it had shoe brakes for instance.

I went through the same thing two years ago. Green pricing put the 4110 out of the picture. I liked the pedal arrangement on the JD, but from there I preferred the NH. It seems to me the rear axle casting on the JD was Aluminum? Hopefully someone will confirm. Anyway, I wanted a BH, JD didn't have one at the time, and the dealer wasn't really enthused about putting a BH on that axle. I have almost 300 hours on my TC24d, all loader, bh, boxblade work.

I can't comment on the mowing part though.

Thanks to everyone for your feedback. I like the steering brakes on the 4110, and the separate FWD/REV pedals too. But I have a very reputable local NH dealer, and he claims I am el;igible for employee pricing.

I am also looking for used, so I haven't comitted yet.

I tried both of those out today. NH wanted $15750 for the 24da
$15200 for the 21da. JD wanted $14600 for the 4110 . These prices included fel. Did not include tax. I'm in Michigan and these prices seem high to me.

I paid $ 15,500 for a TC24DA and 12LA loader. I am in that high priced Northeast area, but the dealer came down to match the out of state price. From what I've read on this board $ 15,200 to $ 15,500 is about the going price. Sounds like the price quote you got maybe a tad hign.
