Price Check tc24da pricing?

looked at a new tc24da w/fel and hydro. was quoted 16.5k, i thought this was a bit high. i plan to go to another local nh dealer to compare. granted i live in southern new england where everything seems to be priced high, the internet dealers seem to be about 3k less. any thoughts? thanks in advance jim

New Hampshire isn't too far...try Chapple Tractor East in Brentwood, NH. They have a website http://www.chappelltractor.com with lots of good info. I bought a TN65 with a loader and LandPride brush hog....got a great deal on it. Plus...they shipped it to Pennsylvania for nothing...they may do the same for you.

Chappel is a decent dealer but I found there pricing to be "up" there (no haggle, Better than the local JD and Kubota dealers prices though). It's funny that someone ordered a tractor and had it sent south, because I did the opposite. Anyway, they have been good on parts there, and the are a lot better than the other Kubota dealer that pretends to sell NH's. You might also check out Scaman (Not sure on Spelling). They are out of Maine.

Down here in central Pennsylvania...there is Maple Mountain in Marien Center, Pa., close to Indiana, Pa. They handle both JD and NH...very easy to deal with and knock some good dollars off the price.

Now if you could only have it shipped north to Ct???

Pa sales tax is 6%; although I have a state sales tax-exempt certificate because I'm a farmer...er, excuse me...an Agricultural Engineer!!!

Did you ever buy a tractor? I just bought a TC24DA last weekend from a New Holland dealer in west central Illinois. I was quoted $15,500 for the tractor with 12LA FEL (54" bucket) and 914A 60" MMM /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif. This price was pre-tax of coarse. The dealer also sold me additional attachments at a reduced price.

I was offered financing options of 48-mos. @ 0% or 60-mos. @ 1.9%. Kubota or John Deere couldn't touch those rates!

You think that was high, I am the service manager at a NH dealership and wanted to price a carryover 2004 TC24DA hydro FWA with a 12LA loader. They figured it up, gave me a discount and the price was 18,900. Needless to say I told them that I would pass as I got a quote from the net at another dealer for 15,000 and some odd dollars. compact1 i still haven't bought a tractor, but i'm getting very antsy as i really need it for doing work around my property. i wish i could get a nh at the price you got. i can order 1 w/ loader,and rfm plus get it shipped for about the price you got by ordering online. price wise now i'm kinda leaning towards a mf 1423 or possibly a jd790. but the nh is just such a great machine, i may just breakdown and go buy it.

I got a quote in WA last weekend for a TC24DA with FEL for $13995 cash or $14995 if I wanted the 0%48month financing. Apparently the 48 mo financing is only on the TC24 right now. They must be trying to sell them off in order to start selling the new TC26DA.

Oh - it was an HST.

I also looked at the JD790...around here they substantially higher than the TC24DA. I found the JD790 to be a lot more tractor without all the bells and whistles. It has a larger frame and more horsepower (and not hydrostat).
