TC24DA TZ24

I'm sure this is a dumb question but what is the difference between these two? The NH web site only provides specs for the TZ. Is it just a 2005 version of the TC24DA?

I believe the TZ is a sub-compact, smaller frame where the TC is a class 1 tractor

Nope, totally different tractors. The TZ24 is a sub-cut or in NH terms a Class .5. The TC24DA is what NH refers to has a Class 1. It is a taller and probably a little wider tractor. The TZ takes a 10LA loader and the TC takes a 12LA. Just a little larger with more capacity. Now one of the reasons you might have trouble finding info on the TC24 is I've heard it is about to be replaced with a TC26.

Actually I just looked up the spec sheet at NH website. They've already dropped the TC24 off it (and the TC21 for that matter). Here is a link to the existing spec sheet. NH Specs

/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Never checked New Holland site yet but CaseIH version has been updated from 18 and 24 DXE`s to 18 , 22 , and 25 DXE`s . Must have been too much gap from 18 to 24, specs seem 25 will use same engine & I believe all other parts are same as 18 so shouldn`t lead to hard to get parts, maybe high resale value someday as rare tractor ? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif CaseIH dealer here told me they sold 12 18 & 24`s last year, New Holland dealer just got his first last week , a TZ 24 and he has been New Holland dealer for years but pushes Kubota much harder- probably 50 Kubota`s on his lot to chose from. They sell alot of NH hay equipment but not many blue tractors.
