TC25D retaining set throttle position problem

I am having a problem with my throttle level staying where I put it. I set it and it moves back towards idle. I must need to tighten the pivot point up some but at first glance I am not sure how to get at it inside the dash. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My tc 29 had the same problem; is yours under warranty? They did something to it just under the throttle lever in the "dash". They removed the right cover (black) and adjusted something but for the life of me I can not remember but hope this helps a little. ( was not serious)

The tractor is out of warranty. I'm Sure its just needs a little snugging up on the lever assembly. I'm not sure how to get inside of the dash. The only fasteners that I see are the screws that hold the instrument cluster in. I must need to look a little more carefully.

There are two bolts in the black plastic under the dash and there are a couple of bolts on the right side of the firewall. Take them out and you can remove the right black piece of plastic. This will expose the bottom of the throttle assembly. Drop a little thread lock on the threaded shaft, tighten the nut and you'll be all set.
