Can anyone tell me if $11000.00 on a TC26DA with a MMM 54" and a rear bagging system is a good price? The tractor is a 2005 with only 7hrs on her.

The mid-mount mower deck alone is over $2000 on that tractor, so I'd say the price is reasonable. I would, however, prefer a 60" mid mount deck over a 54" deck.

Before I bought my current tractor I priced some new TC26's. The tractor alone I recall ran about 12500. Add approx 2000 for the 54" MMM and another 1500 for the bagging system (this is a guess, but I know the JD version of this costs about that) and you're at 16000.

5000 discount for 7 hours? sounds like a steal to me. I would be checking to see if it was stolen or a problem tractor.

I know it wasn't stolen the owners said they have all the original paper work and also called the dealer where they purchased it to see how to transfer the remaining warranty. The guy said he was selling it due to the fact his wife didn't like driving it, she felt it was going to tip over on inclines. Thanks to Bob Skurka Mike 5252 for your input very much appreciated.

Sounds like a great price to me. I bought my TC24-D (previous model running at 200 rpms less) brand new in 2003 as a complete package. Tractor was itemized at $11875, 914A 60" mower at $2200, plus a few other attachments. That was my best price, and buying new from the dealer also had sales tax.

If you are serious about a CUT in that size, you will probably be looking for a long time before you find a deal like that again.

I love my tractor, lots of power in a small package but still big enough to do some serious work. The feeling of being tippy on hills is partly due to the relatively high position of the seat IMO, but that is also what gives such great visibility on these tractors. You have to be very careful with any tractor on the hills, no suspension and not very forgiving.

Hopefully you sealed the deal by now if you really wanted a machine in that size. Keep us posted.
