After owning my TC33D a few months I noticed that it would creep in reverse after returning the pedal to the neutral position. My dealer adjusted it and the problem was corrected. Even so, if I don't operate my tractor for a spell (a few days, couple of weeks) the pedal tends to stick a little. Sometimes it sticks in forward, sometimes reverse. However, after operating my tractor for a while the sticking stops and the pedal operates normally. I guess this may be caused by the fact that I do not have a place to store it out of the weather. Perhaps rain causes it to stick? I don't really know, I am just glad I can work the stickiness out with a little use. Kinda reminds me of myself in my middle years... my bones are a little sticky in the morning until I get up and work the kinks out of them! /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Is there any lubing that should be done on the pedal assembly. On the Class III Boomers, there's a cam and roller assembly attached to the pedals, that could stick over time and many of us have had to lube.

I finally got around to trying the positioning shock adjustment, but it didn't help at all. Be careful if you try this! I adjusted it 2 turns (clockwise looking down from the top, so it shortened the shaft) with the tractor shut off. I started it and cautiously pushed the clutch in before putting the tractor in gear. I let the clutch out slowly and it started going backwards without my touching the hydro pedal! I shut it back off and backed it off a turn and a half. I tried several settings and nothing helped my problem. So, I just put it back to where it was to start with.
I have attached a picture of the shock.
My problem is that if I'm going along with the hydro pedal pressed 1/2 way or more, then let up on it, it takes about 3 seconds for it to stop. The pedal will slowly go back to neutral. If I want to stop faster, I have to press the reverse side.
