You need to remove the 2 black plastic panels near your knees. Two bolts from the front under the hood on each side and I think they use a 13mm socket. Two more bolts that connect the LH and RH panels together. You can then get to that cyl easily.
When I replaced mine I slathered every thing with anti seize and bought the aux cap they sell that goes on top of cylinder. 7 years trouble free .:drink:
