Ray, I think that the price seems good in reference from where I live. The dealer that I bought mine from a few years back,is selling them for $17,500 or so now, which would include the loaded tires, and block heater and what you have listed. Boy, I wish that I lived closer to the dealers that are selling the New Hollands so cheap!! My dealer is the cheapest around NH, and Vt selling New Holland. The Kubota and Deere dealers are way out there for price, which is ok as I now have grown to love the color blue! The backhoe sounds like it is a 3 point hitch mount, so if you want a more rigid, industrial sub-frame mount than you will be talking more money. I know this dealer of mine gets $7,000+ now for the New Holland 757 hoe with the sub-frame and required deluxe drawbar hitch that you'll have to buy for the frame mount. The TC30 comes with the standard drawbar from the factory. When I bought my 6' Woods RFM with the sale of the tractor 4 or 5 years ago ( I think ) it cost me $1,850 back then. I haven't priced the landpride now or then so I'm not sure how that price is, but it doesn't sound too bad to me. I am however, use to, or more like, accepted the higher prices around here as a way of life. Let us know when you get it with pictures.
