Oil & Fuel tc33d and tc55d oil filters the same?

Are they the same? the NH dealer said they were and that most all the cut take the same filter. It looks pretty small for a 55HP machine. there are no numbers on the factory one.

Simplest way to answer this question is to go to Messicks and look up the filters for each model and see if they're the same part number. They are Part Number - 87415600.
